Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate is a full-service, independently owned real estate brokerage based in North Texas offering residential and commercial real estate, property management, and global relocation.

In my current role as Senior Graphic Designer, I enable effective operations and provide leadership for the marketing team while self-managing the workload across residential, commercial, relocation, and property management divisions. I spearhead various projects, including developing brand guidelines, crafting listing materials, designing presentations, creating social media templates, and performing copy editing.

Since joining in November 2020, I have been promoted from Junior Graphic Designer and have contributed to recruiting over 150 new sales agents through strategic marketing, social media advertising, and brand awareness efforts. Additionally, I create comprehensive branding guidelines and templates for widespread use, successfully execute a home buyer's guide tailored for REALTORS® to drive buyer clients, and develop luxury marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms to ensure quality, profitability, and effectiveness.

Furthermore, I manage design assets and the Creative Cloud Library to uphold quality control and organizational processes while providing oversight and design training to Marketing Associates to fulfill agent marketing requests efficiently.
